1. Went to UO this weekend and guess what? I got me some tapered sweatpants! Woot. I'm wearing them right now, they're so comfy and softilicious. Oh PS. These pants both look super short but ACTUALLY they're regular length, the models are just uber tall... like models tend to be.
2. McDonalds cravings have taken over my soul.... kidding but seriously. My tennis coach brought McDs to practice and I was so jealous and now I want my burger and fries! Then I saw this on tumblr and it made me want it even more. Yum, oh the beauty of junk food.
3. I irritate myself when I say this but sorry for skipping lots of days and stuff. I've probably said this a thousands times but I just don't have much time, like I think of all these posts I want to do (I really wanted to do an outfit post today), but I never seem to get around to it. I'll have more time in the winter because I won't have tennis after school (PE in school. w00t (second time I've said that in a post, not a big deal)). Yea, well if I don't post for a few days I'm not dead, I'm resting (anyone catch the Monty Python reference? No? Tis Sad). But I'm not resting actually, I'm doing stuff, like homework... Blech

over this weekend

Hi guys, I'm back, I apologize for not telling you what I was doing but it just wasn't on my mind. I went to Pittsburgh because my Grandpa was really sick and decided that he wanted to die on Saturday so my whole family went there to say goodbye before doctors took him off medications.

On a happier note. Happy birthday Daddy!!! It's my papa sans birthday today and he plays ukulele (that's why I started) so my mom got him a concert size ukulele and I got him a case for it. His two best friends from college came to visit and celebrate with us (because its 10.10.10).

This weekend I was transformed into a hipster. No big deal... My friend Thor and I are bff hipsters now. Yesterday I went to urban outfitters and got these fake glasses and this hat and a striped bandeau (finally!). Ps. I have a bunch of stuff on hold, I want to see how much my mom is willing to pay for. :D.

Tomorrow I might be going into the city, so excited! Ciao guys and gals!

WAY TOO OBSESSED

Went to Urban Outfitter's with Jenna today. None of the people who work there should EVER let us in the doors, each of us had in the end about forty items to try on. And the worst thing? We liked most of it, by the end of trying things on we would get excited about the stuff we didn't like because it meant we would have to spend less money. Once I was done tearing up the whole store and trying EVERYTHING on I had $420 worth of stuff I wanted, I slimmed it down to $140 :D. I was so proud. The stuff is on hold so I'm going to take mi madre to the store and see if she feels generous enough to buy any of it for me as "back to school" shopping. Jenna ended up with more than me. Then in the end I bought this purse and sunglasses because I couldn't wait. On the way back we found peppers, they were pretty.

Right now: Playing Neopets. Yes, I did say Neopets. :)

DEATHLYHALLOWS

If only I could be wandering around summer in this stuff, then again it might have to be about 15 degrees cooler (Fahrenheit) if I want to actually WEAR the first two without passing out. Spent the day stuck to the Deathly Hallows, waking only to eat and wash my dad's car eventually realizing that my room looks like it was bombed and there was a blog post waiting to happen. So good by Harry, Hermione, and Ron. Until tomorrow (or later today)!

Went shopping with Jordyn, Jenna and Sophie today. Got the shirt and pants and shorts from Urban Outfitters, all together they were about $145USD. Then we went and ate lunch, burgers, yummm! We went to American Eagle after that and I got the anchor ring and anchor necklace, it was buy one get one free so it was about $12USD. Fun weekend, county fair yesterday, ordered Chinese for dinner. Love ya!

Yours truly is drawing and helping design the t-shirt for my entire grade's 8th grade graduation show thing! It's pretty cool there's a couple with the Philly sky line in the background with a bi-plane writing stuff. By the way, we are "celebrating the works of" (???) Frank Loesser, so that's why the design is confuzzling. I was lazy this morning, hence sweatshirt, but it was quite comfortable :).

i went to urban outfitters today! i got a pair of the all holy floral tights! i see them everywhere and my mouth has been watering for a pair, and today, I FOUND SOME! yay! now the only problem is that the second i put a pair of tights on they manage to get runs, oh well. now i also got this lady bug necklace, why? three reasons 1. its pretty and nice 2. ive always wanted jewelry from urban outfitters because its usually nice but i never get around to actually getting it and 3. my middle name is beetlestone (hence beetle bug) and for some reason my family (my moms last name) connects that with a lady bug (hence necklace). i got the night gown because i like lace and i really wanted something nude coloured because it can be used very versatile-ly. and striped skirt, i just liked it, so i got it... mhmm. anyway speaking of nude color and beige and stuff i think you should check out mayo on lookbook, i am in awe of her use of pale colours and delicate pieces, she always looks like a goddess! favorite look from her [roman is romantic]:

this is a new black sharpie. what is special about it you ask. well in the regular world its a familiar object one uses to write with. but in artist world, it is god and serves the purpose of everything. the sharp tip and the clean black lines mean everything to me and my friend thor, both artist, one being much better than the other (that would be thor being better). i know i sound crazy, but its totally true, ask him.
look, i got a new pair of shoes! they look like guy shoes, i think thats why i like them. they are from DSW, we actually went for my sister but i just couldn't leave without a pair of shoes. all who read this should know that, shoes are amazing.

hello. i spent the day at home of course because none of the roads are plowed. we had a snow day today and i just found out that we also have a snow day tomorrow! so tomorrow i think that the roads will be plowed so that i can go do something, maybe sledding at my school (there's a really great hill there). the cardigan is from j crew and the shirt is from urban outfitters. i don't remember the rest because it's stuff i have had forever. i am trying to think of a design to use to enter a contest (the olsenboye design contest) and so far i have one shirt idea, i really want to win because the grand prize is a trip to NYC to meet the olsen twins, a $1000 gift certificate to jcpenny and even a chance to get my design used in their collection. i never knew how hard it was to think of designs for my age people. also i'm thinking of painting my room grey or white so that whatever i do it will go with the walls. anyway, au voir until tomorrow (another snow day!!!!)
