This Outfit is Perfection

Sophie came over after school today. What does that mean? Ukulele, Elements v2.0, chocolate chips and uh... that ^. She found a bunch of crap on my floor and put it on, honestly I think it looks awesome. I want to do a photoshoot with just a bunch of stuff worn on top of each other to make a massive blob of awesomeness. I am not even going to try to name everything that she has on. That's my Ohama ukulele though. It rocks. If I do say so myself. Please enjoy listening to the mediocrity that I call myself playing ukulele. I do hope your ears don't bleed.

Yesterday I went over to Jenna's house and we got really bored so we went outside and had a failure of a photoshoot! It was dark out and I didn't know how to make my camera work in the dark, but never fear! My first photo class was today so maybe I'll learn to shoot at the awkward time where it's not nighttime and not day time, that's the time I get home.

Ps. These tights are so mesmerizing! You can't see it in the picture but there are sparkles and it looks like staring up into the galaxy and at the starts but there are more stars in a more condensed area. They're amazing. And shiny. It's fantastic.

WAY TOO OBSESSED

Went to Urban Outfitter's with Jenna today. None of the people who work there should EVER let us in the doors, each of us had in the end about forty items to try on. And the worst thing? We liked most of it, by the end of trying things on we would get excited about the stuff we didn't like because it meant we would have to spend less money. Once I was done tearing up the whole store and trying EVERYTHING on I had $420 worth of stuff I wanted, I slimmed it down to $140 :D. I was so proud. The stuff is on hold so I'm going to take mi madre to the store and see if she feels generous enough to buy any of it for me as "back to school" shopping. Jenna ended up with more than me. Then in the end I bought this purse and sunglasses because I couldn't wait. On the way back we found peppers, they were pretty.

Right now: Playing Neopets. Yes, I did say Neopets. :)

MATCH

Yesterday M and I wore out matching shirts and boots. We felt beyond cool :). Neither of us knew we got the same shirt until we left the store but the boots (as you may know) were established before we entered the godly store called Pay-Half. Yesterday I spent the entire day at camp because the talent show was last night and I had to prepare for my cat walk. It was a lot of fun, modelling seems like a lot of fun (don't look at me like I'm crazy!), but I'm way too short. Oh well. Finished Harry Potter 6, I'm thoroughly depressed, the only book that made me sadder was My Sister's Keeper. R.I.P Dumbledore, you will be missed.

Spent the day doing errands with my mommy and breaking in my new Mango t-shirt! I got it as a present, and I am proud to say that I finally own something from Mango. I couldn't figure out a way to show the jewelry I wore with the outfit so I decided to style it on a fish... Yea, that's right... A fish! Right now I'm sitting with S drinking store brand root beer and eating my last crunch bar (I didn't share any with her). Posted this look on LOOKBOOK.nu.

I'M BACK FROM CAMP AND VACATION!!! I missed you all and I missed blogging. Camp was so much fun and I have like a thousands new friends, yada yada. But it was great, really. A few pics from today. I went to Sophie's house so that we could go see Eclipse but that didn't end up happening, we went swimming instead. Found these awesome aviators in my camp cabin's bathroom and no one claimed them so now they are mine!!! I'm such a lucky girly, I love them. It's also my first post on LOOKBOOK.nu for a LONG time, I missed it! Hype me please:

Went shopping with Jordyn, Jenna and Sophie today. Got the shirt and pants and shorts from Urban Outfitters, all together they were about $145USD. Then we went and ate lunch, burgers, yummm! We went to American Eagle after that and I got the anchor ring and anchor necklace, it was buy one get one free so it was about $12USD. Fun weekend, county fair yesterday, ordered Chinese for dinner. Love ya!

story of the necklace: lauren's mom gave her this necklace, i forget why. but then she brought it to school and gave it to me and was like "well my mom gave me this necklace but i didn't like it". and i loved it, so i took it. good story, right? i need your help. my friend was wearing clarks original desert boots today and i really wanted them so i looked them up. the problem is that they are $95 and only come in mens sizes. so if you guys happened to run into cheaper knock offs or something could you let me know? because i was kind of obsessed with his pair all day. he said they came in womens but the websites disagrees. danka!

isn't that impressive? i actually know where ONE whole article of clothing came from, that totally deserves a pat on the back. see that handstand up top? it took my SO many times to do that, i was determined though and i stuck it through til it was good. so today i guess i went for the army look, not really on purpose though, but i bunch of people came up to me and were like "you look like your in the army"..... so what do i say? i dont even know. i guess that deserves a "thanks????". i feel so inferior when i read other people's blog, especially tavi (style rookie), everyone is just so GOOD at blogging and i'm like ohhh this is cool at total of what? 20 readers. but i'm a determined little cookie, so i will blog until i have at least 21!!! but honestly thats not my goal, 1,000 is. if ya'll would help with that it would be great because i think this blogging thing is good for a career in fashion (which, if you haven't noticed, i want to do). anyway, i spent a total of 13 hours straight at school today, it's a record. i will not do that again until college. during that time a bunch of people in a group, i can't tell you which, splatter painted, i looked like a rainbow threw up on me (quote sorta from mimi simpson my bff). and tomorrow i get to finish my cape in sewing! i bet all of you are excited to see that, or even if you're not, i am. well then, i should probably get to..... i dont really have anything to get to, i just don't really have anything to say. didn't you enjoy this wonderfully pointless blog post? hey. yesterday i went to my class and now i'm almost done my cape, i forgot to take pictures though. i found a bunch of keys and i'm going to make jewelry out of them, they are all like 15 years old, which is pretty cool. my teen vogue arrived and i was so disappointed to see miley cyrus on the cover AGAIN, she was in the may 2009 issue as well, she looked much better that time. my sister has a bunch of zippers so i took some and i made a shirt, i'm probably gonna wear it tomorrow so you can see it then. today i went to my friends house to help him out with an art thing for his family friends brother, who is paralyzed :(. i made a logo for it. my dad gave me this cool old leather bag and i found all my moms old guitar music in it. my room is a mess from craft work today, i'm way to lazy to clean it up though.

today: we found orange duct tape. i took out a new dress from mimi. i DIY earrings and a belt, they did not come out quite as well as i had hoped. i had a school filming project but when we got there some of the people didn't show up! so we ended up walking around our campus for about two hours. yesterday and friday was mimi and my ten year friendiversary, i got her a pogo stick she gave me this dress. my mom gave me some of her old belts and i found a bunch of coke bottle caps, i had extra so i made earrings. the earrings have a bunch of hot glue coming of them, i'm trimming that right now. yesterday i went to the flower show with my family, i didn't want to but i wanted to see pretty flowers, it wasn't very good :( and you probably noticed the new layout, i like this one better except that i couldn't get my flag counter to work so i had to delete it and make a new one, it started back from the beginning, darn. stay tuned.....

hey, 10 year aniversary with my best friend mimi! i'm so excited. i randomly started drawing a bunch more, but it's kinda depressing stuff. and i have discovered topshop: my life has begun but also ended, i will probably spend my life there. anyway i have to go over to mimi's house!
