I'm randomly in love with like bohemian (is that even what I'm wearing? I don't know what these styles are called... I'm not filled in about this stuff) stuff. Baggy, long, not shapeless but not skin tight things. Must take trip to thrift shop to raid the stuff everyone else thinks is ugly! So today was the first day of high school, it's more fun that middle school. Thing I learned? Don't bring my camera, even if I want to take pictures because it adds an extra bag for me to carry. I honestly look like a crazy bag lady waddling around the school piled with my camera bag, my 20lb (yes, I weighed it) bag of class stuff, my racquet bag and my bag full of tennis clothes. AND added onto that people were giving me odd glances and once-overs because of my outfit (which I love but I guess isn't so popular...). I think all of this is quite funny :). I finished my green tea by the way, it was sad when it was done. Now, Sims 3, reading poems and computers project!

This is how I feel right now. Tired, and upset. School starts tomorrow. High school. Today was orientation and it was kind of insane, I got so many textbooks that i think i will need to find a chiropracter after the first week. But it actually does seem like a lot of fun. This is my lounge outfit, black harrem pants and a black tank top, lazy :). I miss you summer!

i made this fake magazine thing for a school project and i picked some (ONLY SOME) of the blogs that i check everyday. at the moment cocorosa is my favorite (reason she made the cover on this particular day) because i am OBSESSED with chantal's DIY tights. but i love love love everyone elses too (my favorite changes almost every day). anni, ida, tavi. god i love them all, i realized that i pretend they are my friends when i go on their blog but then i noticed today that they probably don't know who i am... hmph.

ps.all of these blogs have been my favorite for a few days in the last month :)

i have sources telling me that people want to see my carribean outfits BUT my silly papa left ALL the pictures on his work computer, SO we will have to get that sorted out (wont we?). and before i forget, brooke (my friend from school) says hi!

my camera was out of battery so i was not able to take pics for my outfit today but it was floral shorts from uo, lace top also from uo, coach high tops from the sale rack at DSW, and my favorite accessory: my mom's black belt.

and! i have a dilemma and i need help. my pictures always show up really tiny when i post them, then i go to other people's blogs and they are humongous, and i just don't understand it! so if anyone can tell me why this happens i would really appreciate it, otherwise i'm going to have to harass my fellow bloggers with obnoxious emails ;)

today's outfit: there's a wocket in my pocket shirt: saana (au pair) 's closet, probably h& m, shorts: who knows??? they were in my drawer, belt: mom's closet, shoes: urban outfitters

isn't that impressive? i actually know where ONE whole article of clothing came from, that totally deserves a pat on the back. see that handstand up top? it took my SO many times to do that, i was determined though and i stuck it through til it was good. so today i guess i went for the army look, not really on purpose though, but i bunch of people came up to me and were like "you look like your in the army"..... so what do i say? i dont even know. i guess that deserves a "thanks????". i feel so inferior when i read other people's blog, especially tavi (style rookie), everyone is just so GOOD at blogging and i'm like ohhh this is cool at total of what? 20 readers. but i'm a determined little cookie, so i will blog until i have at least 21!!! but honestly thats not my goal, 1,000 is. if ya'll would help with that it would be great because i think this blogging thing is good for a career in fashion (which, if you haven't noticed, i want to do). anyway, i spent a total of 13 hours straight at school today, it's a record. i will not do that again until college. during that time a bunch of people in a group, i can't tell you which, splatter painted, i looked like a rainbow threw up on me (quote sorta from mimi simpson my bff). and tomorrow i get to finish my cape in sewing! i bet all of you are excited to see that, or even if you're not, i am. well then, i should probably get to..... i dont really have anything to get to, i just don't really have anything to say. didn't you enjoy this wonderfully pointless blog post? who says i can't wear converse with my dress

hey. i'm wearing stuff you have all seen before, many times. i got a bunch of compliments on the coke earrings i made. even odd compliments from teachers..... guy teachers..... saying they looked "cute". anyway, i tried not to see the weird part to it. i'm decorating my wall with a bunch of slip outs from fashion catalogs and magazines, it looks pretty rockin right now. still no luck on the poster thing but its fine. i really want to get a sewing machine and/or private sewing classes because there are bunch of things that i want to make but can't because of my lack of equiptment. i drew a pretty picture of the eiffel tower that i will show ya'll once i'm done decorating my wall. FASHION!, woo, i don't know. byeee

orange duct tape

This belt isn't interesting enough for me.

today: we found orange duct tape. i took out a new dress from mimi. i DIY earrings and a belt, they did not come out quite as well as i had hoped. i had a school filming project but when we got there some of the people didn't show up! so we ended up walking around our campus for about two hours. yesterday and friday was mimi and my ten year friendiversary, i got her a pogo stick she gave me this dress. my mom gave me some of her old belts and i found a bunch of coke bottle caps, i had extra so i made earrings. the earrings have a bunch of hot glue coming of them, i'm trimming that right now. yesterday i went to the flower show with my family, i didn't want to but i wanted to see pretty flowers, it wasn't very good :( and you probably noticed the new layout, i like this one better except that i couldn't get my flag counter to work so i had to delete it and make a new one, it started back from the beginning, darn. stay tuned.....

you gotta strut like you mean it

oh my god, i'm so busy all the freaking time! ahhh so i have a new obsession with this belt i'm wearing and opaque tights, i think they're pretty cool. my mom made me let her take these pictures so i didn't get to take very many, i think this is the best one though. i have so much creative homework and work to do but none of it is clothing related! it's sort of anoying me. anyway i'm trying to find time to DIY but i just can't fit it in. arg,stay pretty! oh and sorry for the really boring posts lately, like i said, i'm busy :(

we're gonna run this farm like humans

hi. today was the start of school after a six day weekend, it sucks. today i wore all my new stuff together that i got on saturday, i did not realize it but it looks quite good together. the bracelet i got attached to a pair a shoes i got a few years ago, the shoes to fit but i just found the bracelet. and its mardi graz (i think thats how you spell it) so i'm wearing the usually mardi graz necklace. later today i'm going to go to the middle school dance performance to see my friends perform, i don't know who else is going to be there but i'm excited to see them dance. also today i watched the rodarte fashion show from fashion week (to see it click : *HERE*). i liked most of it but i think when designers get famous they think they can do anything and lose the drive to make wearable things. these particular garments were wearable but many were like a bunch of fabric thrown and sewn on a person. i want to see a show where the designs are ones that could maybe possibly be worn. oh and i broke my newish camera and got the old one working. the new one was actually someone elses before so i don't think it's that bad. bye!
